My journey began in 2012 in Germany as a media designer, which led me to establish and run my own digital marketing and design firm. Navigating the demands of entrepreneurship taught me firsthand that high-level business success depends entirely on human alignment, values, and clear communication.

In 2014, I discovered the power of coaching. It fundamentally changed how I approach leadership. It allowed me to anchor my decisions in core personal values, listen with deep patience, and examine complex challenges through the perspective of others. As a lifelong learner, I continuously refine my practice to help clients dismantle roadblocks and lead with intent.
